ABOUT THE COUNTRY HOUSE

We are an Italian family, our country house is held in a small village called Bomba, in the province of Chieti. The building it's five minutes from the centre, in a place where you can experience nature and peacefulness. It has always been an opportunity for us to rest and enjoy our holidays. Since more and more families from Northern Europe and the UK are buying a house in this area, we created this blog to reach anyone who is interested in renting or buying our property!

The house is composed of three independent levels. If you are interested, you can come and rent a flat for a specific period of time, so that you can see if you like the house and if it is the case to buy it or just come back for a future holiday. Note that flats can be sold separately, so you can buy just one of them, two or more, or you could arrange with other families you know to take more than one.

Consider that short ecological renovations are planned by April 2022, which include the installation of solar panels, the improvement of the structure, a windows replacement with stronger and newer ones, to make its heating efficiency at the better certified European level. So you won't have any problem keeping an efficient and satisfactory heating, spending less than using a normal system with boiler and radiators. And these renovation works are included in the price.

Here in Abruzzo, in thirty minutes you can go from the seaside to the mountains. If you visit this page we give you some touristic information about the nearest palces to reach from the house.
