Price & Rental agreement rules

While staying in one of the flats, you can take a look at the house and decide if you are interested in buying it! Consider that short ecological renovations are planned by April 2022, which include the installation of solar panels, the improvement of the structure, a windows replacement with stronger and newer ones, to make its heating efficiency at the better certified European level. So you won't have any problem keeping an efficient and satisfactory heating, spending less than using a normal system with boiler and radiators. And these renovation works are included in the price.

If you are interested in buying a flat:

1) the price is not much more than 100.000 €.

We will provide all the information / documents

to ensure the real value and condition of the house.

2) If you want to buy 2 or all the flats, we can consider

a lower purchase price concession.

If you are interested in renting a flat,

the main rental rules are:

1) The rental price is per night.

2) A single person will pay more than

two / three or four people.

3) The lease is a regular contract.
